About me...
My experience and background come from a vast pool of knowledge and embodied wisdom. In my early 20's I had the privilege of obtaining a BA in psychology with a minor in child and adolescent development. This provided me with a plethora of knowledge, concepts, tools, etc. which supported me in navigating my healing within the limits of this dying paradigm. After receiving my degree I decided to move out of the academic scene. I felt my soul calling me to connect with ancient and Earth-based Indigenous wisdom.

During my academic studies, I developed pain and fatigue in my body I had never experienced before. I was moving through substantial transformative shifts which asked me to lift the veils of illusion I was living under. This was my first conscious initiation into taking responsibility for my personal alchemical journey. It was time to see, feel, let go, and alchemize what no longer served me. Past relationships, versions of me, beliefs, patterns, etc.

I began to practice Yoga and eventually obtained a teaching certification from Purusha Yoga Studio. This wisdom helped me bridge the knowledge and tools I gained from my academic studies with practices that helped me feel deeper into my body and soul. Eventually, I felt a deeper calling. A calling that urged me to connect to and reclaim my roots. I was being guided to remember the medicine of Earth-based healing. I leaned into the whispers and pulls of my wise ancestors and guides which led me to connecting with integral maestras and a soul-led community.
In 2023, I came across my maestra Marilu Shinn, a medicine woman carrying the teachings of the Q'ero lineage in the Andes of Peru. Since then, I have had the privilege of receiving, practicing, and now sharing this wisdom. Their cosmovision has provided me with an entire framework in reclaiming and repairing my ancestral roots, deeply embodying my healing through integrating my wounds, and connecting to my place in the living web of life. I have been able to reorient my entire life to be in devotion to my spiritual path and my mission in resurrecting this ancient wisdom and guiding the collective in remembering the ways of the Earth. I am eternally grateful to be walking this path of remembrance and will forever be a humble student to the wisdom of the natural world.
