Intuitive Shamanic Journey

Welcome to this ancient healing portal. Shamanic journeys are an ancient modality used to facilitate deep healing through imaginative exploration. Opening the space: Sessions are curated as a ceremony and always begin with invoking the Spirit of our Great Mother, nature allies, and well guides, ensuring that we work in reciprocity with them. We take time to drop into the space, connect to your body, reflect on what you are currently moving through, and set an intention for the journey.  Embarking on the Shamanic Journey: To begin you, will get settled into a comfortable position. I will guide you into a slower brainwave to access your subconscious through the use of repetetive drumming. You will be intuitively guided through a journey where specific terrain, messages, guides, and healing will come through for you to build a relationship with and/or receive specific medicine. The nature of these journeys are very flexible depending on what healing is needed. Some examples include ancestral connection, womb healing, inner-child healing, receiving messages from spirit guides, and so much more.​ Integration and after-care: We will take time to reflect on your experience. I will offer rituals and practices for you to implement after our time together to support you in integrating the medicine we cultivated. How to prepare: Before our time together, reflect on your current state of being mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Reflect on your intention for our time together. Trust your intuitive knowing and come with an open heart. Details on location: In the message box on the booking page, please write down whether you would like the session to be virtual or in-person.
