Welcome to this sacred portal of ancient healing. Limpias are energetic cleanses of the body and spirit. This ancient and ancestral healing modality is a beautiful way to maintain energetic hygiene while deepening our relationship with the sacred plant allies of this middle world. Opening the space: Sessions are curated as a ceremony and always begin with invoking the Spirit of our Great Mother, nature allies, and well guides, ensuring that we work in reciprocity with them. We take time to drop into the space, connect to your body, and reflect on what you are currently moving through. Performing the limpia: Here we work in reciprocity with fire, plant allies, an egg, or water to release stagnant, dense energy from our fields that no longer serve us. Through feeling and listening, the ally supports us in tracking where in the body the dense energy lies. We call upon Pachamama and our spirit team to take this energy and transmute it into energy with a higher purpose, leaving behind only what serves us. Integration and after-care: We will take time to reflect on your experience and I will offer rituals and practices for you to implement after our time together to support you in integrating the medicine we cultivated. How to prepare: Before our time together, reflect on your current state of being mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Reflect on your intention for our time together.
