Mesa Mastana Healing

Welcome to a sacred portal of potent healing. This modality is an energy center clearing ceremony from the traditions of the Andean Q'ero lineage of Peru. About the Mesa Mastana: A Mesa Mastana is a medicine bundle of the Andean Q'ero traditions. It contains stones charged with specific healing intentions. This is a powerful modality that calls upon specific archetypes and energies within the Andean cosmovision to support the layers of density being released and energy being cultivated. This requires an open heart on your end to step into this sacred space of healing and illumination. Opening the space: Sessions are curated as a ceremony and always begin with invoking the Spirit of our Great Mother, nature allies, and well guides, ensuring that we work in reciprocity with them. We take time to drop into the space, connect to your body, and reflect on what you are currently moving through. Clearing your energy center(s): During this session, I intuitively track which energy center needs clearing and support. I will open the center to allow for hucha (dense energy) to release. Then I will place a khuya (healing stone) on that center to help absorb the hucha. You will be guided to feel, digest, and release this energy as necessary. I will offer supportive nervous system regulation techniques throughout the session. As the hucha releases, I invoke specific archetypes to support the healing taking place. Once the center feels lighter, I will close it and guide you back into our space for reflection and integration. Integration and after-care: We will take time to reflect on your experience. I will offer rituals and practices for you to implement after our time together to support you in integrating the medicine we cultivated. How to prepare: Before our time together, reflect on your current state of being mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Reflect on your intention for our time together.
