Welcome to this portal of transformative healing. Through the support of repetitive drumming, you are guided into a slower brainwave state of consciousness where your body can journey into your subconscious mind a.k.a. the underworld. Here is where all our subconscious shadows, woundings, and trauma. Deep in the womb of Pachamama, lie the fragmented pieces of our soul that She so graciously holds for us when we cannot. This modality is for those who are ready to embark in deeper healing through embracing and innerstanding their shadows more deeply so that they can show up in their lives with more integration and fullness.  Opening the space: Sessions are curated as a ceremony and always begin with invoking the Spirit of our Great Mother, nature allies, and well guides, ensuring that we work in reciprocity with them. We take time to drop into the space, connect to your body, and reflect on what you are currently moving through. Embarking on the Soul Retrieval: To begin, you will get into a comfortable position as I drum and guide you into a sacred terrain and then down into the womb of Pachamama. You will be guided through various caves where you will be supported in feeling, shedding, transmuting, and integrating your subconscious woundings. Each cave carries specific medicine and animal allies/ guides supporting you in this process. After sitting with the last cave, I will guide you back up and into the middle realm for reflection and integration. Integration and after-care: We will take time to reflect on your experience. I will offer rituals and practices for you to implement after our time together to support you in integrating the medicine we cultivated. How to prepare: Before our time together, reflect on your current state of being mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Reflect on your intention for our time together.
